Super-Reinforced Thermoplastic Rubber Hose for Demanding Service

The Flexadux TR T-7SR is an upgraded version of the T-7, built on a super-reinforced non-woven polyester fabric backbone with a spring steel wire helix and thermoplastic rubber coating. That construction gives it significantly better tear strength, puncture resistance, and abrasion resistance than standard reinforced woven neoprene or TPR hoses. It combines excellent ozone, UV, weathering, and chemical resistance with a wide operating temperature range, making it a dependable choice when a standard TR hose would not hold up.

Where the T-7SR Fits

This hose is a step up for operations that run hoses hard. Common uses include agricultural material handling on grain carts, augers, and seed tenders, dust collection on aggressive dust streams, fume extraction in welding and metalworking, aluminum refractory and metal processing air movement, and any industrial application where a standard TR hose has failed too quickly. Available in 3" through 12" IDs in 25-foot lengths for a custom fit.

Compared to the Rest of the TR Line

The T-7SR is the rugged upgrade from the Flexadux TR T-7 when tear and puncture resistance matter. If the hose is being dragged across surfaces, the T-7W adds a sacrificial wearstrip for abrasion protection on the outside. For ultra-lightweight tight-space applications, the TR XLT trades durability for compressibility.

The Flexadux TR T-7 SR Hose is a thermoplastic, rubber coated, super reinforced non-woven polyester fabric hose, with a spring steel wire helix. It has an ID ranging from 3"-6", 8", 10", 12", and a 25' length in order to get a custom fit for your application.
