Inhale the magic: For a natural decongestant and sinus relief, place a single drop onto your palm, then rub your hands together and breathe in deeply. For sinuses - Add 2 drops to a bowl of hot water, cover your head with a towel and inhale the oils. This is not recommended for unsupervised children.
