How to use

In Vivo:

SPR720 disodium (pVXc-486 disodium; oral gavage; 10, 30, 100 mg/kg; once per day; 5 times per week for 4 weeks) reduces the mycobacterial burden in a model of chronic tuberculosis infection in mice. SPR720 disodium (oral; 100 mg/kg; once per day; 5 days per week, for 8 weeks) improves the bactericidal activities of antimycobacterial drugs.
