By the gear(s) equipped, the fixed delivery rate is always stabilized from P. IN→OUT.
(Refer the flushable pump function diagram here described) and by bypass with the axis washing function, quick color change and washing is possible.

This equipment can keep the delivery rate in every condition consistently and that set up it once. Therefore, it is quite suitable to use with the following cases.

• In the case that the paint is supplied to the coating applicator equipped with the long stroke reciprocator. The film thickness can be uniformed in the vertical direction of the coating object.
• Keep the delivery rate stability in the temperature change.
• For the paint which is easy to be clogged.
• Keep the delivery rate stability for a long run use.

Beside, there are the following features with this unit.

• Delivery rate settable by remote operation.
• Delivery stable at all time for a variety of paint.
• Small delivery rate is also stable (with use of special gear ratio)
• There is no allowance in setting unlike the gear-less drive mechanism type drive unit.
