These CNC laser cut .125" thick 5052 aluminum brackets are designed to make transmission cooler installs a breeze for all automatic transmission 1st gen (1995-2004) Tacomas! (no drill install, utilizes existing holes) These fit the Hayden 678, Hayden 698, and Derale 13613 transmission coolers. The Hayden coolers are identical in size but the 698 is equipped with an internal temperature bypass which helps the fluid get up to operating temperature faster, recommended for colder climates. Reduce wear on the transmission by keeping temperatures cooler! You will have to bend the AC lines out of the way slightly (by hand) and either cut or bend the vertical center latch support bracket with a mallet or a wrench (pictured).  1995-2000 model year trucks will need the small bumper tab cut off the backside of the bumper to clear.

• Additional length of 3/8" transmission hose to complete install

• Hayden 698 (bypass) cooler
• Additional length of 3/8" transmission hose to complete install
• Edge trim guard
• (4) hose clamps

If you purchase a kit option all you need to complete the install is a quart of your favorite automatic transmission fluid. I recommend Toyota WS ATF or Valvoline Maxlife. You will have to remove or relocate one of the horns.

Unfortunately I'm not offering a Derale specific kit at this time.
