Description                                                                                                                           Betadine Anaesthetic Lozenges Berry are formulated for the temporary relief of sore throat symptoms. Each lozenge contains anaesthetic, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory ingredients to help relieve throat discomfort, pain and irritation associated with sore throats.

Directions

Adults and children over 6 years:
Slowly dissolve 1 lozenge in the mouth every 2–3 hours as required. Do not chew. Maximum 12 lozenges in 24 hours.

Active ingredients per lozenge:
• Dichlorobenzyl Alcohol 1.2mg
• Benzydamine Hydrochloride 3.0mg
• Lidocaine Hydrochloride Monohydrate 4.0mg

Warnings

Do not use in children under 6 years of age.
Do not use if the foil seal is broken.
Do not use if you are allergic to benzydamine or other anti-inflammatory medicines.
If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice.
Avoid consuming hot food or drinks immediately after use, as the anaesthetic effect may reduce sensation in the mouth.
Contains isomalt, which may have a laxative effect if consumed in excess.
If symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
