The Jean-Pierre Lepine "Winston" is a large fountain pen inspired by Winston Churchill and the cigars he constantly smoked. The pen is actually comparable in size to those cigars. The Lepine Winston fountain pen is crafted from Cellulose Acetate, a high-quality, durable cotton-based resin and has a subdued glossy Amber finish. The pen’s trim and pen clip are a Gold-plated Brass and the cap unscrews to post on the back of the pen’s body. The polished Stainless Steel nib is available in a Fine, Medium or Broad size and writes smoothly with a nice amount of spring. If you like your pens to run large, then you’ll really enjoy using a Winston for some great write experience. The Winston is made entirely in the Lepine workshop in Haut Jura, France and comes packaged in an orange and brown gift box marked with the Lepine logo.
