This PML cover for the big Ford trucks and SUVs has a traditional straight fin design. It adds capacity to help lower the differential fluid temperature. Thick walls and gasket flanges add strength to the differential housing and provide a uniform clamping force on the gasket surface for a secure seal.

We have some of these covers (without fill and level check holes) on special.

This rear differential cover fits the 10¼ inch or 10½ inch Sterling rear end found on:

• Ford F-250, 1989 and newer
• Ford F-350 single rear wheel, 1989 and newer (if you have a Dually, see our Dana 80 cover)
• Ford Excursion

PML makes three different rear end covers for the Ford Sterling 10¼ and 10½ inch ring gear, 12 bolt differentials. They have the same prices but different fin patterns, shapes, sizes and features.

Richard's F–250 has a custom paint job on the body and he wanted a custom differential cover to match. Richard selected part number 10816 and matching front cover 10737 and did a custom powder coat in shiny red.

To give your pickup a custom look, buy an as-cast differential cover. We irridite our covers so on arrival they are clean and ready to install or to let you be creative as Richard did with his.

Universal Transmission in New Mexico installed PML differential covers and transmission pan on this 2001 Ford F–350 4WD. The truck is lifted so the heavy duty PML covers with the black powder coat and shaved fins add a great look in addition to extra capacity.
