Application Process:

1. Prep: Begin with clean, dry nails. Gently push back cuticles and lightly buff the nail surface.
2. Base Coat: Apply a thin layer of OPI Base Coat to each nail.
3. Dip: While the base coat is still wet, dip the nail into the Stardust It Off dip powder at a 45-degree angle. Tap off the excess powder.
4. Repeat: Apply another layer of base coat and dip the nail again for full opacity. Tap off any excess powder.
5. Activator: Apply OPI Activator to harden the powder and set the color.
6. Buff & Shape: Lightly buff the nails to smooth out any uneven areas and shape them as desired.
7. Top Coat: Finish with a layer of OPI Top Coat for a glossy, protective finish.
