Lightweight FDA-Compliant PVC Hose for Ventilation and Dust Removal

The PV R-2 Clear is our lightest PVC hose, reinforced with a spring steel wire helix and built with a .020" wall for maximum flexibility and tight bend characteristics. Manufactured with FDA-acceptable materials, making it a compliant choice for food-grade material handling alongside ventilation and dust removal applications. Available in 2" standard IDs up to 18" maximum in 25' and 50' lengths.

Where the R-2 Clear Fits

This hose is the right call when weight, flexibility, and tight routing matter more than wall thickness. Common uses span a wide range: fume ventilation in welding, printing, and chemical fume extraction, air duct and furnace cleaning, aerospace and automotive ventilation, food-grade material handling, meat packing, paper and textile production, pet grooming and animal care equipment, and specialty applications like pipe organs and flight simulators.

The R-2 Clear is the lightweight, flexible option. For heavier-duty applications, step up to the medium-weight PV R-4 Clear or the heavy-weight PV R-3 Clear. The PV R-2 Blue is the UL 94V-0 flame-retardant variant.

The Flexadux PV R2 Clear Hose is a light weight PVC hose reinforced with a spring steel wire helix for strength and durability. It has great flexibility and is an excellent choice for ventilation applications and dust and fume removal. We carry a range of diameters starting at 2" coming in both 25' and 50' lengths.
