How to use: Take 1 capsule once a day with a meal.

Recommended daily dose: The recommended daily dose (1 capsule) contains (reference intake %):
Vitamin K (K2 MK-7) (microencapsulated menaquinone) - 100 µg (133%)
Vitamin D (D3) (microencapsulated lichen cholecalciferol) - 50 µg (1 000%) / 2,000 IU
Inulin - 300 mg

Ingredients: Inulin (chicory root), pullulan (capsule shell), vitamin D (microencapsulated lichen cholecalciferol), vitamin K (microencapsulated menaquinone-7).

Storage: Protect from light, store at room temperature, in a dry place out of the reach of small children.

Precautions: Do not exceed the recommended daily portion for consumption during the day. The product should not be used by pregnant and breastfeeding women without medical consultation. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. 

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. We recommend a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should not be consumed by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g. warfarin and acenocoumarol). 

Before using the product, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist. It is not recommended to consume more than 50 µg of vitamin D/day from various sources. The product is intended for healthy people up to 75 years of age.
