Dosage

• 2 tablets 2 - 3 times daily
• For sleeping difficulties: 2 tablets ½ - 1 hour before bedtime

Warnings

• In rare cases, valerian may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine or itching
• Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet

• Valeriana officinalis ext. (equiv. Valerenic acids) - 140 mg (1.12 mg equiv. dry root & rhizome)
• Ziziphus jujuba var. spinosa (Zizyphus) ext. (equiv. dry seed) - 90 mg (900 mg)
• Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) ext. (equiv. dry herb) - 100 mg (500 mg)
