L'Orgeat Liqueur is a one-of-a-kind spirit that has re-invented a classic bar syrup for the first time in its long-standing history. A proprietary blend of freshly-harvested almonds are shipped from family-owned farms in California to the distillery in Brooklyn. The almonds are dry-roasted to the desired temperature, bringing out their most flavorful characteristics, then carefully macerated in stainless steel vats of distilled neutral cane spirit until the exact profile has been achieved. The resulting liquid is delicately hand-blended along with a secret ratio of floral waters & organic cane sugar.
