The Count Negroni may have liked to strut his stuff all about town, but the Reverend Negroni is content to take his cocktail quietly and unhurriedly by the fire, with a sweet nip of Pineapple Rum to help it go down smooth. A measure of bitter of course, to remind of mankind’s eternal sin, and a bit of herbal sweet vermouth to celebrate the bounty of the earth. It may not be the Eucharist, but it was certainly a safe bet that it would bring the poor Reverend to his knees after a few. 

Recipe:

- 1 oz Plantation Stiggins' Fancy Plantation Pineapple Rum
- 1 oz St George Bruto Americano
- 1 oz Antica Torino Rosso Vermouth

Stir over ice and strain into glass. Garnish with grapefruit twist.
