Innovative Material: BDC

The material used is the innovative BDC, which gives the component a unique touch. The surface of each BDC part is one-of-a-kind and reminiscent of marble. BDC is laminated by hand at Ilmberger and cures in several stages in the autoclave. It impresses with its exciting appearance and outstanding technical properties. The different fibers scatter the incoming light and create a previously unknown reflection.

Luxurious Look and Protection

The final clear coat layer is kept in a timeless glossy version and emphasizes the luxurious sporty look of the component. To optimally protect the high-quality material from environmental influences, we use a specially developed plastic coating. This, in combination with our clear coat, creates a unique depth effect that particularly highlights the quality of the material.
