EASY APPLICATION: The pre-mixed formulation makes it easy to apply with minimal preparation. No need for additional mixing. Simply add water to the pre-mixed sealant and apply.

FAST DRYING AND CURING: Dries within approximately 12 hours and fully cures in about 3-5days, depending on environmental conditions. (The Fast Drying Cement dried within 5 minutes and curies in 24 hours) Allows for rapid repairs and minimal disruption to normal activities.

CONSTRUCTION GUIDELINES

Mixing Ratio: Use a 1:4 ratio of cement to water (by weight) for proper curing and performance. Incorrect water proportion can affect curing time and performance.

Surface Prep: Clean thoroughly and lightly dampen the base surface before applying.

Application Thickness: Apply a thickness between 32mm and 20mm. Excessive thickness may lead to cracking after drying.
