It features a ruched bust with a matching off-the-shoulder neckline, breezy bouffant sleeves, a snatched waistline, and a flared skirt with ruffle trimming. For that flirty finish, we’ve finished the dress with waist ties and a flirty floral print! We’re wearing ours with white mules and big bouncy curls.
