When riesling is as clean, concentrated and vibrant as this it’s hard not to use the word mouth-watering. Indeed, I recall someone saying that the word mouthwatering should be exclusively used in reference to riesling, and never in any other context. There are lemon sorbet, talc, slate and floral influences in this wine and from the first sip it had me entirely on board. It has all the dry-but-juicy length to more-than-match all that has come before. It’s brilliant buying/drinking.

And yet there's an approachability to this wine that delivers very high drinkability. Everything meshes beautifully, the wine stretches luxurious and long, the refreshment factor is ballistic.
