Medicinal Ingredients: Each gummy contains Black Elder (Sambucus nigra subsp. nigra, fruit) 50 mg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) 45 mg, South African Geranium (Pelargonium sidoides, root) 20 mg, Zinc (zinc citrate, dihydrate) 3.75 mg. Non-medicinal Ingredients: Each gummy contains Organic tapioca syrup, evaporated cane juice, pectin, sucrose, citric acid, trisodium citrate dihydrate, natural raspberry flavour, flavour, water, coconut oil, beeswax.

Dosage: Children 3–9, chew 1 gummy per day. Children 10–13, chew 2 gummies per day. Adults and adolescents 14 and older chew 2 gummies, 2 times per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products.
